Yup, and 95% of the time people are prosecuted for pumping and dumping, as you can see if you look at the examples under that search you did. I'm guessing that's hardly the case you wanted to make. Your wishful thinking and empty threats won't change the fact that speaking negatively about a company is a First Amendment right. So why not do something different for a change and rebuff some of the negative information here with some real, verifiable DD.
