Holding pattern and no production is “SHUTDOWN”, the plant in effect has closed its doors. There is no other way of interpreting it as being good, without production of fuel the plant is useless, it is a sitting asset that generates no revenues. ENTK has 1.6 million wrapped in expansion costs in a plant that is currently not producing. Keep acting like “holding pattern” and “no production” means it is not shutdown, you are not making your fellow investors confident in your ability to interpret such terminology. Also the term “shutdown” is not absolute or final, but twist it that way all you want. Factories shutdown lines all the time for temporary events, but I am pretty sure they do not look at the word of shutdown as permanent closed.
