Whether he was disgruntled or not, is not the point.
What matters is the content and whether it should be addressed. The company is in the best position to address them.
My guess is the company don't even know that this phony document is out there as i doubt they waste much time reading messagae boards.
But, the company has gone silent.
BTW There is nothing wrong with a company selling shares That is the reason that companies buy a shell it provides them means of raising capitol for the company. that is the way the market works.
