This appears to me to be a disgruntled promoter that didn't get his or her way and set out to destroy the company. All of this is jmo of course. BTW There is nothing wrong with a company selling shares That is the reason that companies buy a shell it provides them means of raising capitol for the company. that is the way the market works.
