there is no doubt in my mind there hasnt been dilution...i know it isnt verifiable at this point but i know one thing...dealing with china factories they want all thier money up front before you get your product..its unsderstandable with likes of walmart target etc ..they will not do biz with you if you cant guarantee product. now lets look at this logically.If your selling bulbs in usa and your trying to get into a major retailer you need to buy massive amounts of bulbs and pay for at least half upfront and the other amount at point of release of factory. I am a rocket scientist (haha) not humble! and this also makes sense to me . But rememebr this... if our company is really smart we negotiated well with the Chinese and given there is no back door deal given to the chiness with kickbacks to the principles ....when this announcment is made going retail our profit margins vould easily put us within ten cents by year end. The major problem is we will not be able to see cost of goods sold for a while and if there is any back door deal with the chinese we are fucked. So lets hope that everyone is smart and honest or we will as small shareholders be left out of the cold. Anyone asking questions in the am might wannna ask how we can be assured these things dont happen ...

Good point...though there have been 50 trading days since Nov. 11th so the average would be about 100 million - so potential for some kind of dilution...

But as you even recently mentioned if the fact is that ZVTK is not only buying more TV time as well as possibly beginning other media advertising in print and virtual - all the while they are ordering many more Ionic Bulb's to be made - this is a lot of $$$$ on top of other day-today expenses....if any dilution was ever then at least understood - it would be for these all important reasons.

And for what? - For an actual everyday product that exists inside our homes lol! I agree - it is still really cool that right now I look over and see a real penny stock product that I not only have, but use every single day - and it shines a bright white light and cleans the air around it...and this is still the beginning...!
