Yes, naked short selling is a scam in of itself!

Being very deceptive in one's press releases and SEC filings, is much worse!!! Taking advantage of those that actually think you, your company, and product has a real chance in succeeding.

It's like the coach is throwing the game...not the players, not the refrees...the coach!

NO...no filings, SEC investigation, Sec suspension, Grey sheet trading, gagged T/A, unknown o/s and or share structure. Lawsuits ( mets and MSG) bounced checks, Wells Notice, company stopped taking shareholder calls...and that's just some of the ones that are FACTS, no guesses or bashes

THATS why most people think it's a SCAM
