I placed my sell order with Scottrade at well over a buck by phone. Just raise your voice and tell them that you had no problem with ETrade...They will place it.
TTL, I don't know why people put up with the BS from ST. I have my shares with a sell order of $5.00 with ET, I will move that up depending on how it moves getting to that point. KATX is a diamond in the rough at this point and it seems Ken is just the right person to cut and polish it to bring out the full potential of this great find. GLTA, GO KATX!!
