I see the post was made as I was writing mine. Domark, that was it. I remember that Kidd acquired the shares from Domark, but I thought it was in exchange for ownership in Domark, and that Domark had received the shares for JAVACO. Can someone clarify?
Mr Kidd is a bloodsucker who has never actually produced anything but paper, that he continuously shuffles around from one entity to another. His motives for JBI shares could be legit or not.
Fortunately I lack the ability to think like a bottomfeeder.
On July 16, 2008, DoMark executed a purchase agreement with JAVACO, Inc. an Ohio corporation ("Javaco") whereby pursuant to the terms and conditions of that Agreement we completed the purchase of all the issued and outstanding shares of Javaco. Judith Vazquez, the President of Javaco, is the sister-in-law of R. Thomas Kidd, our former Chief Executive Officer. The Closing of the transaction occurred on July 18, 2008. Javaco, Inc. is engaged in the business of distributing equipment and tools for the Cable TV and Telecommunications industry. The company distributes to major telecom systems and their contractors in North and Latin America.
