One thing is for sure, there is not a single public company out there that does not have a sleeze-ball owning some of its shares. Not that I personally know Kidd is a sleeze, as I have not researched him.
But to be clear, it should not be assumed JB knows or has any direct relationship with Kidd. Kidd got some shares in a business transaction made to to buy Javaco. So be it.
