ACHN - The offering is similar to the one ZIOP did. Extremely dilutive and pretty steep discount. Are you thinking that the ACHN offering is bearish as opposed to ZIOP since ZIOP has more advanced candidates?

The big difference is that I didn't own ZIOP at the time of their dilution so I didn't have to incur the significant dilution. Also, there has been a lot of chatter from ACHN management for awhile about prospective partners being interested in ACH-1625. I don't think ZIOP had similar chatter for any of its candidates up until more recently after the significant dilution. I'm very interested in hearing from ACHN management during the next conference call to see what kind of buzz we get about partnering, if any. I am by no means selling my ACHN shares as I still like the prospects and the company does have sufficient cash now. I just think I'm going to have to hold the shares a bit longer than I had originally planned for them to get to a level that I think is more in-line with their progress to date.
