If they say "the worst is over" for the market, you can bet that we will retest (unsuccessfully) the 7/23 lows later this year, probably in September or October. Larry Kudlow has been cheerleading the economy and stock market all year and has been consistently wrong all year. He is worse than Abby Joseph Cohen, in this regard.
Cramer wouldn't know a bottom if it had hemorrhoids on it. He, too, has called more bottoms than you would see in a newborn nursery. If you think we have hit THE bottom or are in the midst of the bottoming process, I hope you use more perceptive commentators as your guide.
