Quinn taking over is very important, all of this is coming to a head. We need some rulings from Walrath. We need # 1 he denial of Weil's objection. We need # 2 the 4 billion. We need # 3 Expanded Discovery. We'll get the NOL refund.
JPM/FDIC may continue to piss and moan, and try to delay, but time is running out; especially now that congress is involved. I'm trying to not get too excited until I see Walrath's rulings.
