So what you are saying is it bad for a stock to do a needed reverse split to get to the NYSE when indeed they were not even sure which exchange they were going to at all. Heck they still seem a little confused now. I never said anything to that effect.I said " forget about all the B/S posts of R/S, share buybacks and all that crap, I'm sure all of that will be addressed in time."

I quess then we should only stick to the agenda you have set forth that the price will qualify this stock to jump right to a 267 million dollar market cap based on the share structure now.
Again, I never said that or anything to that effect. I made no comments on what the pps should be or the market cap should be, because NO ONE including you, knows what is being merged here into this. So yes, some should follow "my agenda" which is , shut-up, and wait and see.

The fact there DD is found on a Facebook page did not also disturb the price of the stock as you look to blame someone.
I made no reference to the facebook deal. I'm not a fan of CEO's that do that, but, I'm not him so I cant answer for the reasoning behind it.
