I don't think so. I have been saying all along there is no reason for THJMW to grant oral arguments on Jan 28th. She is well within her right as a judge to rule on this from chambers tomorrow. objection period ends today, she can issue a ruling tomorrow. If Rosen comes into the courtroom and this is still hanging in the air and she lets him spew his rethoric, she will once again allow him to injure shareholders. Sounds like Weil has been let go and WMi is going a different route with Quinn.
Bonderman is still holding right along with the rest of the big TPG investors and they probably did not like Rosen's comments also. I have been doing some reading, it seems Rosen might have breached his fiduciary duty to shareholders and is now in "dire straits" with the holding company and its shareholders. We're talking alleged 'conflict of interest' that could lead to charges. Things are definitely heating up!
