The Specs changed and the size of the equipment changed.

NO ONE can expect a 6 Million gallon a year machine for a 1 Million Gallon a year price.

It was to be assembled at Mattapoisette...oh that's right, they never did get that property.

Giles quit working for free and left the company...Cripe and McAllister followed shortly thereafter

AZiz still needed another 200k to see this thing through...
property,storage,feedstock, etc...which he didn't have...why put out another 25k to Todd if he had no place to assemble the processor?

better to just PR a lawsuit....Aziz made more money selling billions of shares from that lawsuit PR than they will ever make in biofuel.
