ROFLOL....Uh...this is a VOTING instrument.

That document is a PROXY VOTE for all shareholders to DECIDE if THEY want to increase the number of AS. It's NOT a document saying "I'm Steve Humphrie and this is how many AS I've approved without your vote."

He's whining to his shareholders to PLEASE vote for the share increase or we might go BROKE--if you'd take the time to really read the enitre thing.

BTW,that is from 2008 when the company was DLAV not DLAD. When it was changed to DLAD they reverse split the shares AGAIN. Nothing but a HISTORY of reverse splits and stock decline.

He was DEAD ON with that prediction in 2009 when they split AGAIN. The price went from ten cents to what you see today.
