Really?? And you have a link to that vote that took place by ALL shareholders of DLAD?

Where was the vote this fall to raise the AS to 6 billion?
Where was the vote this fall to raise the AS to 20 billion?

Again,post the link to that vote,I wasn't a share holder then but I have been through BOTH of these latest increases without a chance to vote.

BTW,how's that RS working out about now for those who STUPIDLY voted for it? Go take a look on Google Financial and see just what happened in the day/days after that split happened. Those FOOLS lost all within days,a few days later the stock has ZERO volume. That is EXACTLY what is going to happen to this one and I'll be laughing when it does at you pumpers and bag holders.
