Sure, uplisting is not necessary to file the 10k. In fact, SPNG was late filing even while they were still listed with otcbb.At the time, some were suggesting SPNG was waiting for the Nastaq listing before filing. Now some have suggested SPNG is waiting for otcbb listing before filing. Management has good products and a good group of shareholders here, but sadly that does no factor into pps The 10k is now 142 days late. That fact is difficult to explain away even among the most ardent conspiracy theorists. Still hoping management changes strategy and decides to at least release the current share structure.
