Well guess what? I will dispute that. SPNG has already made it clear what their financials are to everyone--it would not be secret info for Pike or any other investor to know what the finacials are. With these new guy's that bought in, they just seen the presentation, that I'm sure M&M gave when they(Pike) invested the money and they had some, no doubt, more tangible evedence presented to them than any "normal" internet investor--that is not illegal, under those circumstances with Pike UNLESS-they have actually seen something Edgarized, such as a 10k and knowing or seeing that before anyone else and utilyzing that knowledge to make a investment decision-example:Enron.
100% illegal ... its called insider information and a clear violation of Rules 10b5-1 and 10b5-2 and Reg FD 100
