Wasn't disputed by Pike-they have MILLIONS invested(just a little more riding on the outcome of SPNG than the SEC-who could care less either way unless they put themselves in a position for a law-suit/ridicule or whatever).
lol.. like Pike makes a difference .. the SEC is not asking Pike to like it or not, approve or disprove the securities violations - the settlement or trial is happening regardless if Pike has 100 dollars or 100 million invested in spng .. and it will not be pretty
we need to see if Pike is going to file anymore - he can't make a move here in the US without filing
