I agree ..The wells notice was just filed so why was he in such a hurry to lose money? he bought a few cheapies and went on to buy at higher prices.

with a penny stock company facing the possibility of millions of dollars from fines, sanctions, injunctions, class action lawsuits, contract lawsuits, writing bad checks civil actions. Plus, being forced into bankruptcy if the judgments are awarded against spng and the insiders - can not be collected.

Yes hasher, why didn't Pike wait to start buying.
They started buying soon after the suspension in the .06's, and now, in the .04's and .03's. It certainly make sense that they
were the "and others" mentioned in the SEC suspension of SPNG, and are now trying to make good with whatever they did wrong.
I guess we will all find out when SPNG files that elusive 10k
that everyone has seen, or been tinkering with, except or course, the shareholders and the general public.

At inflated prices.. all he had to do is wait, like many longs here are doing to buy at much lower prices. Our fellow posters who want more of this seem to be happy to wait it out till the price becomes really attractive. Thats the way to do it .
If my money was in Pike and they did what they are doing now, I'd be concerned about just how smart they really are.
