Porter your right, if we do see a new DOW high, then the bear has not even begun - could you imagine!!!!
As for real estate, talk about bubble metrics......gonna be a blood bath and could be what really wakes up the bear in the coming years.

FYI at SPX 1200, DOW 10800 one has to become VERY CAREFUL long, it may be time to just sit on the sidelines near term once we hit that.

Yes I stayed on the Bear bandwagon and it cost me upside profits, but it also stopped me from losing. As for being in that camp I still see the bear as only in its youth...and by December I will change my full focus back to it to try and catch the next top, it will be a very profitable one if you do.
