Be careful, this a still just dreams of little shareholder. SPKL is a microcap and you will find always, at every bullboard, a rumour that this or that microcap could be taken over by a big player. This is nothing but wishful thinking.
SPKL did not progress that much till now - even a great story in my opinion - that any big player could be interested in this company.
