The problem is that nobody with an ounce of common sense can imagine SPNG winning.

that word "if" and it's a very small if, is not much comfort to those who bought too much at too high a price and are in the process of losing far more than they can afford. As the story unfolds everyday and the price moves steadily down, I notice many posts all in caps with some pretty far fetched theories why this company has nothing to worry about. That wont help those who are in too deep.
