Their explanation, for what it is worth, is that the cost of auditing is significant; given that they oversee several subsidiary companies, I expect that auditors would be somewhat costly. I’d be very happy if they moved to a more prestigious exchange and filed audited financials, but, by the time that they do, if they do, the price will likely increase. I’m willing to take the risk that they may never do so with the hope that if they do the priced will appreciate. This is what speculation is about and there is clearly a very speculative stock – if I am correct I win, if not I am still doing just fine.
