Could have been done the same way they did it in april, they repurchased the shares back from RME, which was the loan agreement between the two.

Now, maybe this whole wells notice has to do with RME actually selling those shares into the market, which yes, would have been wrong, however if SPNG or RME bought them back on the open market, and then retired them, the OS would still be 323. Which would make sense with the wells notice.

But in the end it doesn't change the big picture, that shares were retired and only 323M exist. Of which 350M are offically owned, thus proving NSS.

Could get exciting.
