Yes, and I believe the trustee knew what the game plan was. The trustee didn't say exigent circumstances for no reason, and then formed this committee as fast as was possible. It couldn't have been done any faster than it was done. They would love to get rid of equity. That leaves a fortune for them to keep billing into for a couple of years.
