Hunt Gold pulled nothing they just happened to buy a shell from some scum....prove HGLC had anything to do with prior management....you won't find anything HGLC might just rise from the ashes of this fiasco with Primetime group

Please simplify the difference between PRTH & HGLC. I understand that PRTH was the problem, even Janice says so if I recollect.. Are you saying based on that post by Brads that HGLC is being accused directly (management or otherwise) of something too? You imply it, imo. Or am I mis reading you?

Newtraderit would seem that the actions of the PREVIOUS officers of prime time, should be sued by Saner, as he stated, their criminal actions have destroyed the company.

It would seem that may be the reason for the mediation in lieu of incitements and court action. That the current officers are not included in any law suit or investigation by the SEC, only those
that participated in the un lawful actions that SEC has sited in their complaint.

It would seem that the current Hunt Gold and it's officers/BOD are not included in this criminal activity as they are not listed as defendants.
