I got all of this information from the 10Q and the 10K...the one that YOU suggested we take an hour to read....
...so I did.
Here is the link to the 10K. Read page 31, and you will not only see Anthony Intrieri's name, but also his address, and his stock ownership, as well as the listing of having 80.6% of the vote (and Adam Engel owning less than 1%).
Of course, when I see that type of discrepancy, it usually suggests that some sort of "side deal" was made that is not going to be found anywhere - just the business partners and their attorneys will know about it, because it won't take affect until after the business has been sold.

These are ALL good signs of this company going LONG and STRONG.

Look --- it is unusual for these stocks in penny land to break into the NASDAQ or some other board. I am not saying that is going to happen here.
HOWEVER....is ZVTK going to go to .01? Almost certainly.
Is it going to go to .02? Hopefully, and I expect it to.
Will it go further? I expect it will.
Will I hold shares after it gets to .02?
I reserve the right to answer that until it gets to .02.
