Thank you Monk as I was one of the requesters....Do you think it would be a good idea to make this post a stickey? I understand you are the Boss so no problem either way. The reason I suggest it is because I know personally after reading that email I increased my holdings in CDIV substantially because it provided a clear analysis of exactly what is going on with CDIV. It allowed me to add on dips with confidence knowing that eventually we would lock up the float and wait for the big payday. And based on the recent activity, that payday appears to very, very close.

Thank you for the post Mr. Monk. Most here probably feel

that the best part of the post is:

...I think it's important that we take a minute this week to remember what we have and what we should all be thankful for...

I personally, am thankful every day for those that I have met here on I-hub via the chats and boards as well as those I have met in person or over the phone...

Remember our service men and women that can't be home for the holidays...

The two stock examples (and CDIV to be the 3rd) are great wealth builders, and can financially set-up a family for life, but we all need to appreciate what we have...it could change in a heart beat. Just look at Haiti.

Sorry for being sappy. Working on the road and being away from home is no fun.

Thank you.

Thanks Monk! I appreciate all the work that you have put in to investing and especially allowing us to join in on the fun. I've been burned many times by shorts. GBDX killed me. So I am ready to be on the battlefield again! I was in a squeeze involving evst when it exploaded. .50 to $24.00 was able to get out at $17 so be patient all it does work!

Thank you Monk. You experience will pay off, I'm sure. But I heard the float is locked - does that mean no more shares available to buy or would it help if we buy what is left(if theres anything left)?

I wouldn't bother you about this in middle of trading day. So if I wanted to buy 25k shares I could?
THANKS...I wouldn't bother you in middle of day with this.

This board has to be 2nd most active for a reason. Are you predicting another short squeeze ? Also, I'm a little puzzled about how you can get an accurate count on the float being in strong hands with such a widely held penny stock. Keep in mind that I'm not trying to argue with you, I'm just trying to learn something.

Hello Monk,
I heard only wonderful things about you from some people who trust your knowledge and talent in the market, and have made profits.
I had a quick question for you as a new investor seeing the charts on CDIV really high would it be a good move to invest here at this point or should I wait for a dip?
Thanks for your help!!!

I want to take a shot in here, but I find it hard to believe that anybody can get a handle on how much stock is actually short by the MM"S. The work that was done of the posts was incredible, but I think flipping this is a little safer. Especially considering the short term volatility.

Monk, I have been watching CDIV for awhile and I have an interest in how you are certain that there is a short squeeze going on. How do you figure out there is shorting going on. It is pretty impressive that you have been in CDIV since the stock was at .05. KUDOS for your patience.

Is there a way you can find out if an OTCBB or Pink is being shorted? Does that BUYINS.net service have any accuracy. Thanks for anything you can tell me--or us.

This bears repeating, all the reasons still apply, accumulation while the bull sleeps is how you make money in a squueze.

By request... I am re posting the email that I sent out around Thanksgiving... I think this will clear it up for a few folks what we are looking for here...

I sent this out as an e-mail this morning for those that are not signed up... Here it is...

Good morning all...

I think it's important that we take a minute this week to remember what we have and what we should all be thankful for...

I personally, am thankful every day for those that I have met here on I-hub via the chats and boards as well as those I have met in person or over the phone...

Remember our service men and women that can't be home for the holidays...

I know we all wish the market could be open every day... but times like this are important for our own mental well being...

Market will be closed Thursday and only open for a half day Friday...

As many of you know, CDIV is my favorite play...While I certainly have other long plays and daytrade many others...I think it is especially important in this short week that we add what we can to our CDIV position... We did an informal count yesterday and we have approximately 44.5 million shares of the 49.8 million float locked up...

I know... we watch every day and say where are these shares coming from when we see sells at the bid... Well... It's simple... most recent estimates put the market makers about 14 million shares short...So what can we do about that... Easy... we add what we can and we have a little patience while Nazir (the CEO) completes his plan... And Remember... The company is not diluting... the TA is ungagged... we can check that anytime...

"But, I have been in and it's still here in the .05 range"... I know... but if you have ever been in a short squeeze then you will understand why it's important to accumulate all you can during times like this...

I have personally been involved in 2 other plays where a group of disciplined investors locked up the float to the point where they held more than was actually out there to trade...Keep in mind also, that it really doesn't matter what the company does... While I feel Cascadia is fundamentally sound and will grow nicely... take a peek at what we did with 2 worthless companies...

TUBR about a year and a half ago... A completely useless company by all rights...not meant as a criticism to them... but nothing for revenues and in my opinion a poor business model...

We locked up the float and took it from around .40 to $4.44 in 13 days... Keep in mind... we were all in for a long time prior doing exactly what we are now with CDIV... just locking up the float...

EVCC around the same time frame... another penny stock with a nice share structure... Are you ready for this... a one man company... he made catalytic converters in his garage... again... we locked up the float... we took this one to nearly $8.00 in two weeks...

I realize it's hard to be patient during the boring phase... but, I'll tell you what... when we all get to the fun part and the covering starts... you will see us movng like a rocket... as I say on the boards all the time... right now.. this is all foreplay... the real fun fun hasn't started yet...

We all want to make money... that is why we play this came called the market...

Well if you want to win... you have to play by the rules...and a disciplined team can in fact beat the MM's at their own game...

Jerry,

Have you ever been compensated either with stock or cash to promote (advertise, market or any other verbiage) CDIV?

Have you ever offered anyone any form of compensation to promote CDIV?

Have you ever stated, "The CEO would be willing to compensate..." ?

Thanks.

What a miserable disaster for shareholders this and other FLDs have been. From 72 cents down to 3 cents while FLD pick followers have been encouraged to hold all the way down? Are you kidding?
