It was probably a manipulation by a market manipulator who took advantage of the lull from .0085, and the slow decline - and they POUNCED on it.
By creating a decrease for a relatively small amount of money (less than $100K would have done it), they created a panic that caused the decline down to .0067, and then they bought it all up, because they know this stock is going way way up in a very short period of time.
There was A LOT of stock purchased today from .0067 to .008.
These guys do this DAILY. That is what they do for a living - and they are VERY GOOD at seeing the sign of a vulnerable stock.
