Yes, but it does NOT say the container is ALL bulbs. Does it? For example, let's say they ordered enough to QUALIFY for shipment in 40 foot containers. Does that mean nothing else will be in the container? Nope. It only means that this the mode of shipment for the new bulbs, not the quantity on order.

TradeForFood, the PR said that ZVTK ordered the manufacturer to produce bulbs in 40 foot containers;

-They are made in China and come over in 40' containers

-the PR does not say ZVTK ordered a 40' container. Read it again.
