MADISON SQUARE GARDEN IS SMART. They are suing both Spongetech and RME. RME is where the money is. That is where Moskowitz and Metter always had the money from dumping stock into all of the "true longs".

I have no doubt you are correct. When I kept reading posts that said, "buy before its too late" , did they mean before I couldnt buy any because the company was bankrupt/revoked?

If they are naming both in same lawsuit, looks like RME and SPONGETECH both signed the contract.
