What impressed me most today was not just the speed of the rise on relatively low volume but how thin the perceived resistance can and will be. Any kind of major news and there will be nothing to keep this one back.

That sell had me wondering why it occurred!!

Well I had a conversation with another ihubber, and he mentioned one reason that I had heard before but forgot about!!

That is a ALL or NONE sale!!

This will occur at below the bid price and if LARGE enough like this 2.4 million share offerring!!

The MM's will play the price down and sell it at a certain price they seem fair!!

Reason if the shareholder would sell at limit sales, this would not be sold all in one time and the shareholder would have to chase the PRICE DOWN!!

It gives the shareholder a fair price and the MM a fair cut(to much I think)

Very good post. One thing to learn from the whole scenario you described was that the MMs shook the tree and the day traders and the nervous nellies took the bait. Question is.. why did the MMs do that to begin with? IMO it was to collect some more cheap shares. What does this mean? If the MMs are collecting shares at .23s.. they would want to sell the shares they collected a lot higher than that. Hmmm.. something to ponder I guess. But then, all IMO and comments and suggestions welcome!! :)
