Yeah for a shareholder with a negotiated AON order which would make sense under a bid price...Any law against an MM doing a private order like that? In any case it is all water under the bridge now. Are there more motivated sells like that coming and will the market of retail investors be suffciently spooked to pull in the reins knowing a vampire is out there?
