The EC is official. They are part of the potential settlement process as of yesterday.

My guess is that they could, but I'm under the impression that the judge would still have to okay the settlement terms.

The EC is formal, and a done deal by the UST. Weil is objecting to it. Of course JPM could now throw a curve ball and offer $2 a share to completely kill Rosen's statements, lol
