Sure. You can't control how/when subcontractors and other outside resources can provide you goods, services, signed contracts, etc- but you can control how it affects you as the person who puts himself in charge of assembling all the pieces. Dubeau failed in this regard- in that he did not have a reasonable timeline, or he failed to notice that he was going to miss the rollout date too late.
I'm not saying that makes him a bad man, that ABTP is gonna go back to .0001 or that GOTV won't be successful. I'm just saying he screwed up and he needs to be held accountable. His reasons may be legitimate, but a more responsible CEO would not have waited until the day before the conference call to say that his product would have a delayed release. Surely he knew that he was going to miss his deadline sooner than last week.
The plummeting PPS is an indication of his culpability. How he reacts now is another test of his ability to run his company and manage shareholder discontent.
