Cool dude! Thanks for the heads up on the tax refund. There was mention in the filings pre BK they were trying to seek a huge some
of well over $80 million I believe. That was before they filed BK.

WAMUQ is expecting a windfall in tax return too. They even issued a PR on it. WaMu May Get $2.6B Tax Boost.

The filings on CCTYQ are mighty thin these days. However, there is still money coming in swinging the balance sheet closer and closer to break even.

Huge news. I had been following the BK very closely. Prior to this news, I was calculating there to be some funds left over. Now, I believe there will definitely be some funds left over.
Shorts could get squeezed on this one considering it only 168 million OS and trades like a stock with only 20 million OS.

The way the stock trades tells me a lot of these were in tight hands for whatever reason.

Now this news.

Definitely could see the stock run hard if others get wind of this news....JMO
