The stock will be trading when? A year from now, correct? WHO CARES that they didn't take cash upfront. If NV defaults on the cash, it'll be more shares for Hellosoft. And as long as the stock is still trading a year from now when Hellosoft is eligible to convert for 25% less than the current bid...they are virtually GUARANTEED their money. This deal means NOTHING.
