Southerngal and anyone else that cares. This is a copy of the e-mail I sent to Mr. Quinn I previously mentioned. As of this writing I have not heard a word from either MR. Quinn or Rick Lutz. Southerngal I concur with your private message. Looks like this will end up being a write off end of year. I too have held this for a long time and bought in when it was $1.20ps.
Mr. Quinn,
I haven’t sent anything to you since 7/13/09 where you were very candid with me regarding the attachment that was included with that e-mail and you directed me to your IR guy Rick Lutz. I’m not much on phone calls because they fall into a gray area for me and I like to be able to read and absorb what is written.
I sent the below e-mail to Rick Lutz on 1/4/10 as your can see. It was read the following morning 1/5/10 at 9:53am. I have tracking on my systems set up so I know when e-mails are received and read. As of this morning there have been no responses. I also have the understanding that no response shows a total lack of respect. That is something I never tolerated when I was in the corporate world. If you didn’t have an answer, man up and say I don’t have an answer for you at this moment but I will get back to you shortly and then do so. We as investors in your company are just trying to find out what may or may not be going on since there is such a lack of information.
I have noted from the web site pictures with Vice President Al Gore but I have also noticed that the 3rd quarter report for 2008 was filed on 8/27/09 and nothing since. Can you advise the status of 4th quarter 2008 as well as when they will be brought up to date?
Mr. Quinn, I don’t think we as investors are asking too much to be kept up to date or even following through on what has already been put out to us.
Thank you for your time sir.

Rick –
Is there anyway that you can bring us up to date with anything new. This e-mail was dated 9/3/09 (4 months ago) and to date we as investors have heard nothing. I should correct that by saying that there was something that came out 10/6 but it seemed like fluff to me. This lack of keeping us informed is bothersome to say the least. There has been nothing on signed contracts, status of any proposals, filings are not up to date, online interview, nothing.
It seems like we are awaiting death.
Thank you.
William Kidd

Electron Solar Energy shareholders and potential investors:
The following is a quick update on Electron Solar Energy.
With the end of Summer approaching (generally consider on Wall Street to be after Labor Day), investors can expect more press releases on corporate developments on a more regular basis. The company has recently enhanced its corporate website to improve the information available for both investors and potential clients. Below is an example of one of the new web pages discussing solar energy installations.
The company anticipates continuing to catch up with its corporate filings in the next few weeks.. Last week, ESRG filed its Third Quarter, 2008 financial statements reflecting a significant increase in revenue and showing a profit. ESRG will be filing its financials for the Fourth Quarter, 2009 and 2009 Annual Report, which was the strongest quarter of 2009.
Electron Solar Energy, upon receiving client approvals, will be announcing recently signed contracts and give an update on the previously announced $10.4 Million contract proposal pipeline.
The company's opt-in investor database continues to grow --- up 110% since May--and we continue to receive questions from current shareholders and newly interested investors.
We are in the process of setting up Mr. Quinn, CEO of Electron Solar Energy, for an online interview to broaden awareness for ESRG in preparation for more frequent news flow in the near future. ESRG is a high growth story in a high growth sector--energy efficiency solutions. As the Federal stimulus funds begin to be deployed through state and Federal agencies, ESRG has the opportunity to build its revenue and reputation going forward. Significantly, the tax credits offered for green technology such as wind turbines and solar energy systems are historically applied for in the latter part of the year as consumers decide to take advantage of the credits for their next annual tax filing.
We appreciate your support and patience and invite all parties interested in Electron Solar Energy to call us at 404-261-1196.
Regards,
Rick Lutz
