CYBX really perplexes me.. these guys get FDA rejection, expectations lowered, and yet they turned down multiple premiums to buy them out?

Maybe I dont understand the whole story/facts but sure seems odd to me.. do they WANT to go to zero bid?

I went long some IDBE at the close.. just a fun money trade right smack at that 17.5 battle.. speaking of biotechs. This compliments the swing short I took in IMCL..
