I actually agree with you on the fundamentals part. Way too many shares, still holding a ton of bad loans, etc...
But as I have said in earlier posts, I am very short term with Citi. There is a few stocks out there that pump the way that Citi does on any news. I think that Long Term Citi can be a great investment, but short term you should be able to buy, sell, buy, sell, buy and take advantage of many momentums. I think that after earning season, that the stock will start drifting downward again, and will start seeing momentum upward in the spring. Terrible for my taxes, but should be a great way to make some money nearterm.
