In fact quite the opposite!
They are always asking questions before buying into a company, they do more DD than non accredited investors. In fact discount dumping AI's are often not qualified AI'S, but often 504 shark tank bottom feeders who have lied to attain the status required, until they can dump enough stock to actually qualify!
Not all AI's are simply out to acquire then dump discounted stock, in fact very few of them do so, ai's of that nature do not get much attention from deal brokers, they pretty much get told to find a shark tank to deal with. Sorry bud you are waaaaaaaay off with that one.
That idea is mired in a pinky 504 attitude, and is NOT at all the reality behind AI'S.
Anyone who thinks so, is simply not educated on the topic one iota!

Discount dumping AI'S generally don't buy restricted stock bud...they buy fresh 504 paper, and well below current market value, most of which does not apply here!!!!
