Zeev: Thinking Like A Criminal here, while I see the market as getting toppy in here on an intra day basis, them that hold the price stamp may be inclined to induce a rally into the close or at least prevent a decline to achieve the first four days up in a row since January.

So while short, I am cautious as I know the criminal mind is not something to trifle with...gg

And now took off CDWC for $.60 at $46.38. The Q also just went, all, I fear saying at losses, BRCD at $15.52 (-$.17), BRCM $17.80 (-$.15), QLGC at $36.40 (-$.40), ELX $15.40 (another -$.25) and MERQ at $23.64 (-$.06). Not too damaging. I thought the Naz would start a nice EOD run by now, but it is not happening. Also took off KLAC at $38.81 (-$.20) and CCMP at $41.80 for $.40 gain. CYMI also went a little earlier at $26.73 for $.40.
