In my opinion, they would not be in "serious" talks with a China partner unless Phase II results were ready to roll...maybe letting those China partners get their cheap shares before the roar this stock will belt out. The NuroPro results will be out long before the BCSeraPro results IMHO, and BCSeraPro results will be out later this year. They originally thought they would have the NuroPro results out in late 2009, but their signature on their PRs changed to NP and BCSP results out in 2010, so I fully expect the NuroPro results out first and SOON, potentially at the SAME TIME as the China partner is announced, after they have their shares of course ;)
