Affitech Issues Update on Litigation
Copenhagen and Oslo, December 29th, 2009
Affitech A/S, (Nasdaq OMX: AFFI), the antibody medicines company, today
announced that the ongoing litigation with a minority group of shareholders has
been resumed in the Lyngby court, as requested by Affitech, following an action
from the plaintiffs for an early ruling against the Company. The Company
expects the court to now consider Affitech's response to the plaintiffs'
claims. As stated previously in the Company's June 30th prospectus document,
Affitech continues to believe that there is no legal basis for the objections
filed in the minority shareholders' writ and the Company intends to defend its
position vigorously.
