A Viking gas BBQ island is what I have but it came with the pool. lol. BTW, in Vegas, pools and outdoor built in BBQs are all very common. The environment just asks for it and you make use of them almost year round.
On the meat issue, I buy almost all my fresh meat and fish from Sam's and Costco and have been very happy with them. Great t-bones, ribeyes, ribs, salmon, lobster tails, or anything else you might need. Haven't been disappointed yet.
