actually, could be, the Navy R&D is also for the underwater unmanned vehicles....
and BTW: if their contact didnt RETIRE mid "talk" they would have had the the contract ready for the UUVS...
The UUVS are going to be in the most remotest places in the world and batteries drain and lose power as they sit dorman.
With aFPW's technology, all u do is mix water (all around the UUV), with the aluminimum and their proprietery mixture and it creates hydogen, which in turn would run a turbine, creating CONSTANT power with no power loss.
