Certain remote areas cant even launch weather balloons do to the location, air pressure (for the k-cylinder) and many othe reasons (no deliveries of K-Cylinders, etc)
imagine being able to buy the PBIS, leave it in your truck and drive to the world's most remotest locations and pop in a can, blow up a weather baloon and bam.
