The difference is that they're openly conspiring to manipulate the stock. I'm sure a lot of that goes on behind the scenes with other groups, but these idiots are actually discussing their "plan".
This is a serious question... How is that different then all the other sites on i-hub that post stocks that people are "pumping" to buy, and other sites that people pay to join? I'm being serious so please don't ridicule me.
